Cozzo’s tip: start with the billing row. It’s where the surprises hide.
Cozzo’s verdict. Short answer: ElevenLabs Agents answered faster and passed more of our receptionist tests. Its median reply was 1.04 s vs Bland’s 1.86 s on our Oct 20 phone calls, and it passed 13 of 15 Round 4 receptionist calls vs Bland’s 10. Bland is the simpler bill: $0.14/min with the LLM, speech-to-text and voice included, while ElevenLabs is $0.08/min with the LLM billed on top. Cozzo’s pick for most small businesses: ElevenLabs Agents. Pick Bland if one all-in per-minute rate matters more than speed.
