How it works

- We run the calls. After payment we email you a short form for your hours, prices and policies so we can score against them.

How long does it take?
Draft findings within 5 business days after payment. You then have 48 hours to question or dispute any finding by email before the report is final.
What if you can’t test my line?
You get a full refund.
Will you publish my results?
No. Your results are private, and our test calls use a fictional caller, never your customers.
What does a re-test cost?
$149 for the items we flagged, ordered within 30 days of your final report.
