What to check before you choose
- Work out the price per included minute. Dialzara Lite is about 48.3¢ ($29 for 60), Pro 45¢ ($99 for 220), Plus about 39.8¢ ($199 for 500) and Elite about 34.9¢ ($349 for 1,000). Rosie Professional is about 19.6¢ ($49 for 250), Rosie Scale about 14.9¢ ($149 for 1,000) and Trillet about 32.7¢ ($49 for 150). That only holds if you use every minute.
- Plan for going over. Dialzara publishes $0.48 down to $0.35 per extra minute depending on plan, Trillet $0.20, My AI Front Desk 25 credits ($0.25) a minute from a 1,000-credit monthly pool, and Goodcall bills extra callers at its plan rate (79¢, 26¢ or 15¢). Rosie's pricing page shows no per-minute overage rate.
- Check what the $29 plan leaves out. Dialzara's comparison table puts warm transfers, bilingual English and Spanish, and Google/Outlook calendar sync on Pro ($99) and up. Rosie includes English and Spanish on every plan, with calendar booking and warm transfers from its $149 Scale plan.
- Very few calls? Smith.ai's Free plan covers 25 calls a month at $0, and Goodcall lets you build and test a free demo agent before you connect a number.
- Count the extras. Dialzara prices its AI SMS agent separately ($19/mo plus $0.05 per AI message) and its outbound calling plans start at $750/mo for 1,500 contacts. Rosie's website chat widget is free on every plan; its website texting add-on is $50/mo for 25 conversations.
- Try before you commit: Dialzara and Rosie have 7-day free trials, and Trillet's receptionist has a 28-day money-back guarantee instead of a trial.
